Finance Controller - Nordics
HUGO BOSS Nordic ApS | Copenhagen | Denmark | Full-time

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring correct, accurate, and timely ac-counts for HB entities. The objective is to ensure entities are closed as per HB month end processes and local rules and guidelines respected.

What you can expect: • Full Month-end closing process (for 6 legal entities)
• Supporting/with 3 accountants
• Ensuring processes are respected and followed up
• Ensuring both group and local rules (VAT, accounting, ect. are followed and respected)
• Internal reporting (Store PL’s /Country PL’s/ Retail and WHL reports)
• External reporting
• Internal reporting and support is budget process
• Support in Stock takes from Finance side
• Take leading role in Year – End Process
• Reconciliation of transactions between the Retail and Financial Systems
• Reconciling transactions between Retail stores & financial sytems
• Handling and reconciling of fixed assets
• Monthly VAT reconciliation and reporting
• Be the “go-to” person in various internal reporting matters (PL’s, sales reporting etc.)
• Post and reconcile Intercompany invoices
• Report statistical information to authorities
• Ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance manager
• Further development and optimization of company processes

Your profile: • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Have a good understanding of an international business
• Is systematic, detail-oriented and analytical as well as flexible with a strong focus on meet-ing your deadlines
• Understand that good communication, teamwork and a can-do attitude are crucial
• Strong excel skills.
• Experience of SAP an advantage.
• Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve
• Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully at the same time
• Work effectively and efficiently with the ability to establish credibility
