Together with the rest of Pandora the CFO organisation is on an ambitious transformation journey. In this role you will drive and own projects from start to finish in the Group Reporting and IFRS space. The projects will be cross-functional and you will be working closely with other stakeholders such as FP&A, Commercial Finance, Global Business Services and IT. You will also be responsible for the financial controlling of our activities in the Asia Pacific region where you will ensure compliance with financial guidelines and ensure issues are addressed proactively. You will be the one point of contact for the Finance Directors in the region and you will be responsible for creating a trusted professional partnership that goes beyond monthly controlling.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
- Establish a trusted relationship with regional Finance Directors to support on risk assessment, identifying opportunities and performance gaps
- Own and drive projects from end to end
- Monthly controlling of regional reporting
- Own and drive IFRS deep dives in select areas
- Drive continuous improvements in the reporting process
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and accounting guidelines
- Work with Internal Audit and Global Business Services to improve regional compliance
- Own the financial controlling process for your designated regions and ensure issue-free reporting
As Group Financial Controller you will be involved in tasks across all areas and you will be exposed to many different stakeholders across the business and in the Global HQ. For the right candidate, this will be an opportunity to build a valuable network and strong platform for future career development. You should expect to travel approximately 5-10 days per year in this role.

Group Reporting is responsible for the integrity of our internal reporting and the quarterly and annual reporting to the stock exchange in Copenhagen. We want to be the best performing Group Reporting function among large global brands. We are ambitious about our role and how we can actively support the company’s future growth.
You will join a team of 8 dedicated and professional finance colleagues working in an international environment with colleagues in Europe, America and Asia. We are looking for a person who is eager to engage with colleagues across the organisation to achieve the best solutions for Pandora. You have a great sense of humor, are easy to work with and you enjoy meeting and working with new people and form trusted professional relationships across the organisation. As a person you are self-driven and you take a high degree of ownership for your tasks. We work in a fast paced environment with many competing priorities. Being able to focus on the most important aspects and prioritise is a key driver for being successful in this role.
We also hope to see that you have and can demonstrate:
- A degree within Audit / Financial Reporting or similar
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience from a global group finance organisation in a large company
- Strong IFRS capabilities along with the desire to apply IFRS in a practical business context
- Experience in working cross-organisationally with different stakeholders
- Fluent in written and spoken English
