Our Controlling and FP&A team, based in Brøndby, supports the entire value chain across all business areas.
The function is divided into two main areas: business finance, with dedicated business partners, and a data team that supports both Finance and management on financial planning and analysis.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will join our business finance function, a team of energetic and ambitious professionals dedicated to fostering growth and development. Your primary responsibility will be to execute our Finance Business Partner concept across three commercial regions in EMEA. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a broad network and showcase your ability to drive finance business partnering, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to enhance effectiveness within Milestone.

  • Proactively challenge the status quo by controlling both revenue and costs across our three EMEA sales regions.
  • Develop and standardize processes to drive business forward in collaboration with business stakeholders and the Finance Business Partner team.
  • Drive revenue and cost forecast/budget processes.
  • Conduct forecast meetings with business owners.
  • Manage revenue and cost controlling, including cooperation with external Accounting Service Providers.
  • Financial management and compliance in close collaboration with Global Accounting and Legal.
  • Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and improve controlling processes.
  • Team Lead of one business controller and one student worker.
  • Participate in and drive finance projects across Group Finance.

    Your Profile
    We are looking for a passionate and ambitious team player with a strong background in finance, business controlling, and financial management, as well as significant experience in business partnering. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on commercial and business controlling, analytics, and project management.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI or strong experience with another BI system.
  • A strong data and analytical mindset, with the ability to delve into complex problems and present solutions.
  • Fluency in English (both oral and written).
  • Strong social skills, with the ability to connect and build trust with various stakeholders.
