The team Group Finance in Topsoe is right now looking forward to welcoming a new Project Controller – maybe it’s you?Who we’re looking forAs our new Project Controller, you will be working closely together with the rest of the team to secure that we deliver accurate and timely internal and external reporting. You will contribute to our controlling of projects within Topsoe, that being Commercial projects, Opex- and Capex project and Grant Projects. You will participate in our financial reporting on all Projects across Topsoe and play a key role together with our Commercial-, Capex and Grant Controllers ensuring Topsoe comply with internal and external accounting requirements.Your responsibilities will amongst other be:Performing and improvement of Topsoe’s internal controlling on:
Ensuring accurate and timely internal- and external financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annually) together with the rest of our teams Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, preparing controlling reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans for management Working closely together with our end-to-end process optimization team as well as our finance departments around the world Assistance to funding team with insights towards financial requirements and ensure that we are compliant with all grant reporting. Performing and improvement of Topsoe’s internal controlling on:
CAPEX and OPEX projects Public Funded Projects (Grants) Commercial Technology projects CAPEX and OPEX projectsPublic Funded Projects (Grants)Commercial Technology projectsEnsuring accurate and timely internal- and external financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annually) together with the rest of our teamsEnsuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, preparing controlling reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans for managementWorking closely together with our end-to-end process optimization team as well as our finance departments around the worldAssistance to funding team with insights towards financial requirements and ensure that we are compliant with all grant reporting.What you’ll bring
This role requires a versatile professional who can handle a wide range of financial responsibilities, including understanding of internal controls, financial analysis, and reporting. You are comfortable in IFRS and have an interest in improving and implementing internal controls to ensure high quality in the Group reporting.What you’ll bringThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project controlling and accounting from a position of Group Controller, preferably with experience in SAP and SAP Project Systems (PS).Besides this you:Are a good communicator and are proficient in Danish and English, both written and oral Have an excellent sense of quality in all deliverables and a strong attention to detail and accuracy Have a strong understanding of data analysis as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Have experience in internal controls as well as an interest in improving and implementing internal controls to ensure high quality Has experience with controlling of Projects (i.e. Capex/Opex Projects, Commercial Projects and/or Public Funded Projects (Grants).
