ABOUT THE POSITION:
As Senior Business Controller at Baettr, you will be part of a competent and dedicated Global Finance team that will help take the Group finance function to the next level
You will get a varied and developing senior business controller role, where your main task will be to develop and improve guidelines and concepts to establish Group wide cost accounting principles and procedures in close collaboration with colleagues around the world.
You will report to our Vice President Group Controlling.
Travel to our Sites around the world can occur.
The work location can either be in Stade, Germany or in Lem, Denmark

ABOUT THE POSITION:
As Senior Business Controller at Baettr, you will be part of a competent and dedicated Global Finance team that will help take the Group finance function to the next level
You will get a varied and developing senior business controller role, where your main task will be to develop and improve guidelines and concepts to establish Group wide cost accounting principles and procedures in close collaboration with colleagues around the world.

Key task and responsibilities:
- Define and Structure cost accounting process
- Develop and improve internal cost allocation
- Manage relevant master date needed in the context of cost accounting
- Support cost controlling and production controlling
- Responsible for new product calculation
- Ensure reliable input on internal cost information needed for calculation
Our expectation to you:
- You hold a relevant financial education, with more than 5 years’ experience within cost controlling
- Thorough knowledge of methods and controlling principles in cost accounting context, such as:
- Cost element accounting
- Cost center accounting
- Cost unit accounting
- Direct costing
- Internal cost allocation approaches
- Product calculation
- Good level of technical and process-oriented understanding
- Experience with ERP systems (AX2012 will be an advantage)
- Strong IT /system Skills
- Strong excel/modelling Skills (Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage)
- You are fluent in English, if you also speak German, it will be an advantage
