UNEEG medical A/S is looking for a controller for our finance team consisting of 3 colleagues. You will become part of a team who supports our approximately 145 employees across different entities. We are open minded and have an informal approach to each other. We appreciate a colleague with a can-do attitude, a positive mindset and who takes responsibility.

As controller, you will have a key role in our shared service function supporting the organisation (currently UNEEG medical, one sister company and four subsidiaries) in various finance and IT tasks.

We are currently in the process starting rollout of Business Central to a larger part of the business and need someone to lead this process in collaboration with departments across the business and external consultants.

We are also upgrading all our finance support systems to minimize manual processes and drive better data and understanding of our business across all areas.

Your responsibilities:

  • Project manager for our current ERP roll out
  • Support/sparring with other team members
  • Controlling and Reconciliation of GL accounts
  • Business partner on Development projects
  • I/C invoicing
  • Assist in maintenance of Acubiz, Continia and our ERP system (Business Central)
  • Prepare material for month end and year end reporting
  • Responsible for the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining our budgeting tool (Jedox)
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining our reporting in Power BI
  • Ad hoc analysis and controlling
  • Ad hoc tasks related to finance and administration
  • Superuser and administrator of, ERP, Jedox, Power BI and other support systems
  • Participate in IT projects regarding all finance support systems.

About you:

  • Approximately 5-10 years of experience from a similar role
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI and finance related IT systems is an advantage
  • Detail oriented, structured, and service minded
  • Experience with manufacturing/supply chain
  • Used to contact with many stakeholders
  • Speak and write English at a professional level.
