Performance Management

The Performance Management group has the overall financial coordination role towards the business areas within Terma, acting as a business partner. The responsibility entails ensuring proper financial control with the project portfolio, monthly forecasts, performance reviews, KPIs, monthly reports, budgeting, strategy financials etc.

Your primary tasks

You will have the responsibility as Business Partner for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMF), which covers the production at Terma’s Lystrup headquarter including cooperation with subsidiaries. Furthermore, you will play an important role in driving working capital improvements for Terma. You will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations and be part of the Management team in EMF. In addition, you will work with stakeholders in other parts of Terma’s organization, including the sales business units in Denmark as well as Terma North America. This entails leading the performance management process in EMS, maintaining the scorecard KPIs and prepare performance reporting including actions to the reviews. You will be a key player in the product cost focus, in cooperation with the Terma group “Accelerated cost out” strategic initiative.

Your responsibility includes handling the financials for the entire EMF, from controlling to strategy development and deployment, including preparation of material for and participation in review meetings with Terma’s Executive Management.

Another important area is involvement in rates and factors audits carried out by customers in the defense industry, which entails discussions and cooperation with some of the world’s biggest companies.

You will gain a significant insight into the Terma business model and obtain an extensive network within Terma.

The position is part of the Performance department within the CFOO organization and is placed in our headquarters in Lystrup, Denmark.

Your professional qualifications

  • You hold a bachelor or Master’s degree in finance, economics, business or accountancy
  • 2-4 years of experience will be preferable


Your personal qualifications

To succeed, you are able to handle information originating from different sources and make your own analysis and evaluation. With your open-minded approach and positive attitude, you have the confidence to network with people across departments, business areas and geographies.

  • Experience within controlling is an advantage, ideally within operations
  • Preferably knowledge of ERP and BI systems
  • You have good communication skills and speak and write English effortlessly
