Our headquarters are based in Lystrup near Aarhus and we have Danish branches in Søborg and Grenaa. Internationally, we have companies in the Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Germany, France, England, United Arab Emirates, India, Indonesia, Singapore, and the USA.

Payroll is part of Finance Operations, which currently makes up a team of 14 employees in total.

You will be located in Lystrup, and you will join a team of ambitious and dedicated finance colleagues, where we pride ourselves on succeeding, supporting and motivating each other in a fun environment. We can guarantee you an exciting and challenging role with real business impact and close contact to our finance colleagues and HR.

In collaboration with your Payroll colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate and timely payroll administration for approximately 1,400 Danish employees, both hourly paid and salaried. You will on a daily basis work in our payroll system (EPOS), including payroll calculations, as well as in our ERP system (IFS).

In addition to the Danish payroll, your areas of responsibility will also cover:

  • employee administration, including the creation and maintenance of employee data
  • statistical reporting
  • acting as a trusted sparring partner with e.g., HR
  • various reports and reconciliations
  • ad hoc tasks

How to succeed in the position?
We are looking for a relationship builder and a team player, who master cooperation and coordination with colleagues as well as external advisors at all levels.
Knowledge of the industry's collective labor agreement is preferred, but not a must-have.
You must however be interested in optimization and digitalizing processes as well as possessing good communication skills and excellent Danish and English abilities, both verbal and in writing. You are used to working with MS Office programs, and as a person you are well-structured at a sufficiently detailed level.
You are goal oriented, work with integrity and responsibility in relation to meeting deadlines, and you thrive in a busy working day with numerous parallel activities.
