Do you want to play a central role in the Commercial Finance Team in a large international company?

As Business Controller, Margin & Products at BoConcept you will become part of a complex international and fast-growing company with high ambitions. BoConcept operates the entire value chain across the globe in more than 65 countries. You will have a key role in improving insights and product performance at BoConcept creating transparency from supply chain to product life cycle management. You are part of improving the product portfolio performance across markets, challenging new product launches, and focusing on product performance dealing with discontinuation and selling focus. You guard the overall margin performance and deliver valid business insights and reports to support data-driven decisions for key stakeholders.
With direct report to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be a part of a team of 5 employees who supports the organisation in the annual finance wheel from budget and forecasting to analysis and reporting.
Your main tasks besides the above-mentioned are:
You have strong stakeholder management skills and are able to communicate complex issues in a simple and understandable way across different levels and interests within the organisation. With a structured and systematic way of working as well as a constant focus on solutions you always manage to make your deadlines. You have a commercial mindset and are capable of taking initiative and building trustworthy and meaningful relations.
You have a relevant educational background within finance e.g. cand.merc., cand.oecon, HD-R/A, or similar however practical experience and a solid track record are most important. You have solid commercial communication skills and you preferably have experience within the retail/FMCG business as well as experience with product analysis. You come from a similar position, ideally as Business Controller, Financial Analyst, or Business Developer.

- Support the Supply Chain organization with analysis and insights
- Support the Product Department with analysis of margins and product performance
- Support on developing/maintaining the BI platform and Power BI platform
- Create higher transparency across the product portfolio
- Secure the data for right decisions in terms of new products, discontinuations, and product focus
