In COWI International Finance, you will be part of a small, diverse and highly aspirational team that throughout the organization thinks and acts on being financially responsible for the business. COWI International is on a growth journey, and Finance provides transparency and business insights to navigate smoothly through this. To support this, we are looking for a business finance professional to support the project organization.
A POSITION THAT WILL ENCOURAGE YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
As a Project Controller in COWI, you will hold the overall responsibility of financials for a few selected projects and assist drive analyses of project performance and financial compliance across multiple areas. You will support the business in close collaboration with the lead Project Controllers. Therefore, you are good at establishing and maintaining relations, you are excited about making a difference and you are solid in your analytical thinking.

In your role as Project Controller, you demonstrate effective integrity and build trust towards key stakeholders. You balance well between details, risks and keeping an overview of projects. Your professional and personal profile is characterized by:
- You have a master's degree in business administration, accounting, economics or similar
- You are either newly graduated or have 1-2 years of experience. You are super user in Excel
- You have willingness to learn the fundamentals of project controlling and have solid interpersonal skills to become a trusted advisor for the business
- You have solid analytical skillset and an understanding of how to divide problems into relevant parts, securing quality in the details while keeping the overview of the deliverables
- You balance well between compliance and meeting your stakeholders demands and you are not afraid of questioning the status quo
- You possess a can-do attitude to problem-solving and a critical approach to everyday tasks
- You have great communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
