Senior Business Controller for KOMPAN A/S
Based at our headquarter in Odense, Denmark, KOMPAN is a world leader within the playground and outdoor fitness industry and is now searching for a Senior Business Controller to join the group finance team.
KOMPAN is searching for a competent and ambitious Senior Business Controller with a commercial mindset and strong analytical skills. With reference to our Group Finance Director, you will be part of our controller team working in business controlling and business development with sales companies and group functions within the KOMPAN Group. You will join a dynamic growth company and a very professional environment giving you the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally.

As a Senior Business Controller, you will have three main tasks:
Your profile
We are searching for a colleague with a business optimization mindset and a strong insight into business processes and business analytics. You have a qualifying higher education and a strong commercial drive and motivation for creating insight. You can demonstrate how you, as a specialist within business controlling, have identified and implemented commercial initiatives in previous roles.
You will have a direct impact on our business and support our global and ambitious growth strategy. You will help develop our global organization and projects. You will be an integrated part in our current projects like creating a new BI platform.
As a person, you are analytical and thrive with complexity and independence in your everyday work. You are motivated by the possibility of working globally, becoming part of a professional environment as well as the career opportunities, KOMPAN is ready to offer you.
You are fluent in English as well as Danish. You will work from our HQ in Odense, Denmark.

As a Senior Business Controller, you will have three main tasks:
- Firstly, you will have a close cooperation with the sales companies, where you contribute with market and business analysis, insights and strategic sparring on business development
- Secondly, you will create business insight based on data and use this to improve processes and decisions and thereby be a strategic sparring partner with local management as well as a partner to finance managers in our local markets
- Finally, you will play an important role in key projects in relation to development, optimization and implementation of tools, processes and /or business development initiatives
