Conditions of employment:
The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven), pension, health insurance and lunch arrangement are available.

Workplace: Rødbyhavn.

Your responsibilities
- Ensuring that our employees receive a correct salary settlement
- Reimbursement (sickness, maternity leave, AUB)
- reports, settlements, and reconciliations both internally and externally
- Dialogue with employees and managers about salary-relevant matters
- Participating in project activities
- Various ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications
We expect that our ideal candidate:
- Preferably has experience with pay system/time management system
- Sound knowledge of and experience with Excel
- Has solid skills language (verbal and written) in Danish and English
- Polish will be an advantage
Competencies
We expect that you have/ are:
- Experience within a similar role as payroll assistant in a medium or big company, where you had comparable responsibilities
- Knowledge of Danish holiday law, sick law and Collective Agreement regulations
- Precise and able to work independently and in a structured way
