We’re on a crazy expansion journey and was recently confirmed the fastest-growing company in Denmark during the last four years. Working in a fast growing eCommerce and scale-up make every financial process essential. We’re therefore on the lookout for a new Senior Controller to join our finance team of 6 people. We are looking for a super skilled profile with a curious and investigating mindset.
You love to add up numbers, do financial cost reports and analyze deviations. You thrive in finding cost optimizing solutions and chop some time off our existing work processes. You'll be responsible for the accounting of the retail leg of our business, which means you'll be in for an exciting ride. Today we have 3 existing stores, but more to come.
This means, you'll be working with;
We imagine that you come with similar work experience, you know all the do's and don'ts in retail finance. We imagine that you could have either a HD(R) or a CMA. We’ll be thrilled if you come from another scale-up and you loved the fast paced environment and the problem solving mindset this entails.

This position is full time and you will be working from our HQ in Rødovre, Denmark.

- Managing the underlying accounting of our stores
- Ensuring the best possible processes are rolled out in new stores
- Ensuring the daily financial processes in stores; including training of new staff in cash reports, refunds, outlay, retail credit cards etc.
- Reconciliation and follow ups on payment providers in the stores
- Cost controlling and financial reporting of each store and the overall retail leg
- Preparation of stock counts, both during audit and sample counts throughout the year
We imagine that you come with similar work experience, you know all the do's and don'ts in retail finance. We imagine that you could have either a HD(R) or a CMA. We’ll be thrilled if you come from another scale-up and you loved the fast paced environment and the problem solving mindset this entails.
The nitty-gritty skills needed:
- Fluent in Danish and English, both oral and written
- Accounting knowledge from A-Z
- Super skilled in Excel
- POS system experience
