The job:
Are you an experience Financial Professional with strong leadership- and people management skills then you might be the person we are looking for!
We are looking for an experienced, focused and independent Accounting Manager to join our Financial team based at our production site in Roskilde, Denmark.
Your primary responsibilities will be to drive the reporting and financial controlling in a large matrix organization, as well as supporting the different departments and colleagues at the site.
You will lead a small team of Accountants, and you’ll report into the Financial Manager.
What will you do?
• Bookkeeping and control of both operating company and holding companies
• End of month and quarter
• Year-end closing, including contact for audit
• Reporting to the division in various relationships
• IC controls and compliance focus
• TP & Budgeting
• Part of project work modernizing business processes
• Implementation of reporting systems
• Ad hoc analyses
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a result-driven team-player who has the ability to create a good overview; has good judgment and thrives in an outgoing role with many stakeholders. You are analytical, systematic and energetic at the same time as you have a high work capacity and are used to overcoming many tasks in your everyday life without compromising on quality.
In addition, we expect you to have:
• An HD-R, cand.merc. or equivalent
• Experience with project management
• Relevant professional experience in accounting and financial management
• Good accounting skills
• Strong collaboration, and the ability to communicate across professional groups
• Excellent communication skills, and fluency in English and Danish, both in writing and orally at a high level
• Good IT understanding and experienced user of excel
• Experience with ERP system LX Infor an advantage but not a requirement - we provide the necessary training
• Thrives on diverse tasks in a sometimes-unpredictable everyday life
