Until now we have used external bookkeeping with our auditor. However, it is our intention that you take over as we add other tasks of financial management, handling of import / export duties, reporting and part of the sourcing.
We adjust tasks as per your experience and preference; therefore the working hours may be part time.
The job
As our Bookkeeper and/or Finance Mngr., you will be overall responsible for all operations within finance & accounting.
You will work in a small team with CEO and Sales Coordinator, reporting directly to the CEO.

The job
As our Bookkeeper and/or Finance Mngr., you will be overall responsible for all operations within finance & accounting.
You will work in a small team with CEO and Sales Coordinator, reporting directly to the CEO.
What you will be doing
- Bookkeeping, accounts receivable and accounts payable (E-conimic)
- Ensuring that our booking system data is aligned with our accounting system
- Process optimisation and automation
- Controlling costs and cash flow
- Ensuring our compliance with Danish tax rules
- VAT and tax reporting
- Salary (Danløn)
- Leading the annual report process
- Contact person to financial stakeholders (bank, auditor, etc.)
- Reporting to management
- As per agreement master data, sourcing and quality manual

Qualifications
- Educational background in accounting or finance
- Experience from a previous role in finance operations
- Experience with Excel and E-conomic
- We speak English at the office, but Danish is a plus.
