Job Description
Danfoss Residential Heating is searching for a Business Controller who can control and analyze the financial development within the business field of Residential Heating focusing on the area of radiator thermostats. You will support the financial processes within this area of business incl. analysis of monthly results, forecasting and budgeting. Other areas of responsibility will involve:
You will become part of the finance team in the Residential Heating Division which consists of 7 skilled colleagues placed in Denmark and Bulgaria whom you will work closely together with to fulfill the goals of the department.
The position will be based in Silkeborg, Denmark nearby Aarhus, and you will report to the Senior Finance Director in the Residential Heating Division.

- Ensuring transparency, predictability and stability in financial results.
- Analysis of business across the value chain.
- Facilitating and driving continuous improvement within the organization.
- Following up on and analyzing supply chain performance and projects.
- Implementing, maintaining and monitoring appropriate financial standards and rules in compliance with corporate policies.
You will become part of the finance team in the Residential Heating Division which consists of 7 skilled colleagues placed in Denmark and Bulgaria whom you will work closely together with to fulfill the goals of the department.
The position will be based in Silkeborg, Denmark nearby Aarhus, and you will report to the Senior Finance Director in the Residential Heating Division.
Background and skills

- A university degree (Masters / Bachelor) with a focus on finance and accounting.
- An analytical mindset and a flair for applying facts to solving challenges.
- Strong skills in Excel.
- Experience from an international production company is a plus.
- Experience in utilizing SAP is an advantage.
- Profound English skills – both written and spoken.
