You support our production with qualified KPI setting and analysis, our R&D with qualified financial insights and the company in general with controlling and analysis.
About the department
We’re a team of five dedicated colleagues who are working with Controlling, Accounting and providing support to our global offices in China, Germany and USA.
Our daily routine is characterized by independent tasks and a high team spirit - especially reaching the end of the month. It goes without saying that our focus is on delivering on-time and well-structured outlines to our internal stakeholders. We succeed by working together, and by prioritizing the involvement from colleagues across the organization.
About the job
As our new Business Controller, you will be responsible for all controlling of our production as well as fixed asset management and support and control of Business cases.

About you
You hold a financial degree, or other relevant academic degree and have at least three years’ experience from a similar role in a production company. You know your way around various common IT tools such as Excel and preferably Dynamics 365. Experience with ERP in general and other systems is an advantage.
English is the main language and therefor a requirement.
You are curious and inquisitive and you consider all sides of a task. To be a success you have the initiative and persistence to structure the daily busy schedule and still see the big picture. You communicate well with the entire organization and you actively contribute to your team’s success.
Lastly, you know that nothing is perfect - but you want to strive to make Dynaudio a little bit better every day.

About the job
As our new Business Controller, you will be responsible for all controlling of our production as well as fixed asset management and support and control of Business cases.
Furthermore, you:
- Support month end tasks; Fixed assets, Projects, inventory and Std cost variance analysis
- Cost - controlling: Cost-calculations and analysis in D365
- Std cost variance analysis - purchase price and production
- Inventory closure and analysis
- Participate in gate meetings to make sure gate-keepers are aware of the financial state of the project compared to budget.
- Contact to external support to make sure D365 implementation issues is being solved in relation to finance.
- Set-up and testing in D365FO implementation project
- Power BI -set-up reports /validate existing due to change of ERP
- Validate SQL cubes towards D365FO and make sure Power BI works with the right cubes for financial numbers
About you
