Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and one of the world’s leading manufacturer of intelligent metering solutions. We experience significant demand for our products and focus massively on development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for energy and water consumption. Because of an increased demand for our innovative and intelligent solutions worldwide, we are looking to expand our Controlling team with a Senior Business Controller.
With direct reference to our Head of Controlling, you will become a part of a team of five dedicated Controllers with very broad responsibilities and all eager to engage with all parts of the organization. We are constantly aiming at reducing complexity and increasing transparency, while supporting the business. We encourage and motivate our colleagues and ourselves to bring new ideas and smarter ways of working into the team and while showing business stewardship towards our internal customers.
Experienced Senior Controller with focus on business controlling
In the newly established position as Senior Business Controller, you will have a key position in the international organization, with the responsibility of providing the business with financial insights and support and contribute to timely and valid reporting.

Personality matters
As a person, you are ambitious and driven by the desire to develop your professional and personal competences. You enjoy working proactively, and possess strong communicative skills that enable you to clearly communicate across all levels in the organization. Furthermore, you have an analytical and curious approach to your tasks and you wish to make a difference and take responsibility.
You have an economic degree in finance, economics or business administration combined with minimum 5 years of experience working as a Senior Business Controller or a similar role.
Besides that, it is a requirement that you:

Experienced Senior Controller with focus on business controlling
In the newly established position as Senior Business Controller, you will have a key position in the international organization, with the responsibility of providing the business with financial insights and support and contribute to timely and valid reporting.
More specific you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the business with various analysis, initiatives and guidance
- Participate in management meetings and business areas reviews
- Driving improvements and transparency
- Assisting with profitability improvement initiatives
- Monthly and year-end closing processes for actual reporting, including analysis and presentations
- Assistance with implementation and optimization of our new ERP system (IFS)

You have an economic degree in finance, economics or business administration combined with minimum 5 years of experience working as a Senior Business Controller or a similar role.
Besides that, it is a requirement that you:
- Have experience working in an international company group with foreign subsidiaries and own manufacturing
- Have strong IT skills and are super user in Excel and common ERP and BI platforms
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.
