Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Financial Controller to work at our global headquarters in Skanderborg.
About the job
As our new Financial Controller, you’ll be responsible for all processes around monthly closure, financial reports, financial performance analysis, and act as a close sparring partner to the Finance Director.

About the department
We’re a team of five enthusiastic colleagues working with controlling, accounting and providing support to our global offices in Germany, the USA and China. We work closely together, supporting each other in our daily tasks, but also place a high value on independent working - especially towards the end of the month. We succeed by working together, and by working closely with colleagues across the organization.
About you
You hold a financial degree, or other relevant academic degree and have at least three years’ experience from a similar role in a production company or from an auditing firm.
You also know your way around various common IT tools such as Excel and preferably Dynamics 365. Experience with ERP in general and other systems is an advantage.
You’re an inquisitive type, and you consider all sides of a task - including having the initiative and persistence to structure a daily busy schedule while still seeing the big picture. You’re ready to embrace a challenge and eager to grow personally in a global environment. Importantly, you know that nothing is perfect - but you want to strive to make Dynaudio a little bit better every day.
English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too.

About the job
As our new Financial Controller, you’ll be responsible for all processes around monthly closure, financial reports, financial performance analysis, and act as a close sparring partner to the Finance Director.
Other responsibilities include:
- Preparing financial reports
- Preparing business reports and business cases
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Ensuring liquidity management by forecasting cashflow and controlling inbound and outbound money streams
- Assisting in external stakeholder management - including business authorities, SKAT, banks and more
- Coordinating audit processes
- Optimising the ERP system to support financial performance
