Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Financial Assistant to work at our global headquarters in Skanderborg.
About the job
As our new Financial Assistant, you will be responsible for all processes around accounts payables. In cooperation with your accounts receivables colleague you ensure a high level op professionalism on our daily accounting.

We’re a team of five enthusiastic colleagues working with controlling, accounting and providing support to our global offices in Germany, the USA and China. We work closely together, supporting each other in our daily tasks, but also place a high value on independent working - especially towards the end of the month. We succeed by working together, and by working closely with colleagues across the organization.
About you
Your success is determined by your ability to build a constructive dialogue with customers across all organizational levels. Drawing from your more than 3-5 years of experience as an Accountant you take a detail-oriented approach and take pride in meeting deadlines. Using your solid IT toolbox, which preferably contains knowledge of Dynamics365, you support internal and external stakeholders with a smile.
English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too.

About the job
As our new Financial Assistant, you will be responsible for all processes around accounts payables. In cooperation with your accounts receivables colleague you ensure a high level op professionalism on our daily accounting.
Other responsibilities include:
- Ensuring proper and timely payments to vendors
- Accounting for vendor payments
- Balancing and keeping vendors’ balances up to date
- Prepare VAT reports
- Reconciling accounts payables
