Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of intelligent metering solutions. We experience significant demand for our products and focus massively on the development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for energy and water consumption. We are looking to expand our Controlling team with a Business Controller.
With direct reference to our Head of Controlling, you will become a part of a team consisting of six dedicated Controllers with very broad responsibilities who are all eager to engage with every part of the organization. Together the team is responsible for acting as a strong business partner within the organization, including creating clarity for management on key business drivers and financial facts, as well as being sparring partners on important business decisions.
Ambitious Business Controller with focus on providing financial insights
In the newly established position as Business Controller, you will have a key position in an international organization, with the responsibility of providing the business with financial insights and support, as well as contributing to timely and valid analysis.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
Personality matters
As a person, you are ambitious and want to further develop your talent. You are outgoing and possess strong communicative skills that enable you to clearly communicate across all levels in the organization. You are analytic, result oriented, proactive and willing to walk the extra mile to reach targets.
You have an economic degree in finance, economics or business administration and preferably 2+ years of experience working as a Business Controller or similar.

Ambitious Business Controller with focus on providing financial insights
In the newly established position as Business Controller, you will have a key position in an international organization, with the responsibility of providing the business with financial insights and support, as well as contributing to timely and valid analysis.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Close interaction with your stakeholders and support on financial and business performance topics
- Supporting the business with various analyses, initiatives and guidance
- Participate in management meetings and business area reviews
- Building business insight on underlying drivers
- Follow up on investments and business cases
Personality matters

You are analytic, result oriented, proactive and willing to walk the extra mile to reach targets.
You have an economic degree in finance, economics or business administration and preferably 2+ years of experience working as a Business Controller or similar.
Furthermore, it is a requirement that you:
- Have experience working within a complex and growth-oriented organization with attention to customers, sales, spend and investments into enhancing the business
- Have strong IT skills and are a super user in Excel and common ERP and BI platforms
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.
