With a direct reference to the Head of Core IT Services, you will become a part of our internal IT organisation. Core IT Services consist of +50 dedicated colleagues who are providing all Kamstrup employees with a number of IT services, systems and infrastructure. Security is naturally a top priority, and you will be responsible for a team of Security Specialists with different seniority levels who all share the desire to secure and enable Kamstrup’s growing activities globally.
A job with focus on management and implementation
In the newly established position as Team Lead for IT Security Operations, you will be responsible for your team's deliveries, motivation as well talent and skill development. In addition, your primary task is to secure the daily operation, including the continuous development and maturation of tasks and projects.
More specifically, your responsibility will be to:
Personality matters
We are looking for a Team Lead with a practical approach to management and the ability to motivate and develop a team of skilled IT employees with different backgrounds and seniority levels. We expect you to have strong professional skills and experience within IT Operations coupled with some management experience. In addition, it is a requirement that you have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with the practical application of IT security in systems and infrastructure. It is an advantage if you have experience with project management.
As a person, you are self-organized and like to create results in collaboration with others. You thrive in a position with many stakeholders and you possess strong communicative skills which enable you to communicate decisions and information to your team and interact seamlessly with the rest of the IT organization, Kamstrup business and vendors. You are able to make decisions based on the knowledge at hand, when needed. Furthermore, you like to take responsibility, and you want to make a difference.
In addition, you are fluent in English both written and orally. Danish will be considered an advantage.

- Lead a series of both implementation and operative activities
- Provide an overview of progress and related implementation activities to the IT management
- Prioritize and outline security operations activities and the belonging internal processes
- Coordinate with other IT Team Leads and Managers to ensure collaboration and timely escalations of cases
- Spar with team members as well as IT management to ensure a balanced and sustainable implementation of security tools and processes
- Help your team make the transition from implementation to regular security operations
- Work closely with and manage deliveries from external vendors and consultants
