Controller – securing robustness and cost controlling
We wish to add more robustness to our team and securing assistance to our Finance Business Partners and to develop the finance function across the competences in the team. We offer a new role with focus on general cost controlling, support to production controlling and a job with specific focus on process descriptions and Financial Manual development. You will be part of a Finance team of 8 people in Denmark and 7 people in Poland.
Your role will be to
- Secure cost controlling within own areas and supporting our Finance Business Partners with their cost controlling.
- Secure robustness by owning and developing our processes, process documentation and documentation in general.
- Bring a new role into our team and develop yourself into a full-blown controller – able to assist our Finance Business Partners and being our back-up for our team when needed.
- Take part in our process of monthly reporting, securing and developing analyzes of the financial results etc.
- Support both the Finance team and the business divisions as well as reporting to our Management Team.
We would like to find a talent for controlling - and wish to train and develop your talent and curiosity within Finance. You will have all opportunity to work with finance and with the potential of a developing yourself into becoming our potential future Finance Business Partner, Finance leader etc.
About you
We seek a brave and curios person who might be newly educated within the last couple of years and wish to develop and/or establish knowledge in controlling. It might be your first controller job after your education as bachelor or similar – or even after a few years within accounting.
- You have a bachelor, Financial controller or similar educational background and wish to work with finance and learn the roles of controlling.
- You are either newly educated and looking for your first controller job or have 1-4 years' experience from accounting or controlling.
- You have a natural curious mindset, understand ERP (maybe SAP) and are “good to great” in excel.
- You are structured and would like to learn the financial areas in a production company with focus on controlling & support to the business areas.
- You are interested in working with data, data analysis and wish to work with digital finance being part of a team with focus on automatization, RPA, BI etc.

Ferrosan Medical Devices develops and produces a portfolio of medical devices used in surgical care. Our portfolio consists of various hemostatic products to minimize bleeding challenges in surgery and electromechanical medical devices to perform breast biopsies. We are an international company with products registered in more than 100 countries. Our products are marketed in collaboration with global med-tech partners. New ideas are developed and matured from the first thought to finished implementation in production. And we manage the business with an uncompromising focus on quality based on current GMP requirements.
