We are looking for our next skilled Document Controller with and interest in legal documents! Are you motivated by making sure everything is archived correctly, and would you like to join a company with an important agenda?
European Energy is a green company in exponential growth. We develop, construct, and operate projects within solar- (PV) and wind farms globally, as well as Power-to-X. Your new department
Your new department will be Document Controlling. We are responsible for all company documentation, being new documents as well as changes. Our most important job is making sure all documents across European Energy are correctly archived and tagged so they easily can be located again. We therefore have a close collaboration with all departments, but especially with the project department.
The team consist of two other Document Controllers, and is seated together with Contract Management and Company Administration in an open office environment, being a total of 8 people. The atmosphere in the department is positive and unpretentious.
Your new role
As our new Document Controller your role is daily document management support of various administrative tasks. The majority of our documents is legal entities but there will also be project documents to control and handle.

Your new role
As our new Document Controller your role is daily document management support of various administrative tasks. The majority of our documents is legal entities but there will also be project documents to control and handle.
A typical day for you
- Effectively planning, communicating and executing project document support
- Maintaining corporate document management in SharePoint
- Advising, supporting and training colleagues in use of project SharePoint sites
- Develop and maintain guidelines and procedures
- Maintaining psychical document archive
- Supporting other departments in correct document archiving
- Creating document libraries in PLC (Microsoft Dynamic Power App)
- You will check, clarify, and follow up on documents to ensure the quality
- You will be part on ensuring Brown-field documentation, physical and digital
- Dealing with Ad Hoc request
Prerequisites to manage in the job
You have:
- 2-3 years’ experience of working with document controlling
- Experience handling and archiving legal documents.
- A good understanding of information structures
- You appreciate working in an international environment and enjoy working in an agile company
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Office and PDF-editing software.
- You are proficient in English and Danish. It is beneficial if you can speak German as well.
- An education relevant for the job e.g within Library, Information science, Information management, IT, etc.
- If you have experience working within the renewable energy sector it is beneficial.
