Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate FP&A Manager / Controller to join our growing Nordics Cluster Team. The role will report to the Finance Director for the Nordics Cluster and will work closely with all our Nordics Cluster and Finance Teams.
This is a newly created position where you have a chance to impact and help drive Verisure’s growth, through the delivery of Finance strategy and best practices at Nordics Cluster.

Key Responsibilities
FP&A Manager / Controller will be a key member and will be instrumental in delivering on an accurate, timely, and well-presented reporting of financial results and forecasts. Lead and supports planning and decision making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information; recommending actions. Lead the reporting cycle, monthly internal reports, and budget/forecast reporting for the Nordics cluster. Moreover, the delivery of Nordics cluster information requests is a key part of the role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Create & lead the revenue assurance controls and follow-up dashboards
- Coordinate and implement transversal projects to promote the transformation of our business in Nordics from a Finance perspective.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate all the financial planning processes of the Nordics Cluster (budget, Forecast, LRP process, etc).
- Coordinate & lead the implementation of the FPG across the Nordics
- Create and control the Nordic´s Cluster P&L
- Coordinate the communications with group Finance
- Drive growth and profitability of our operations by analyzing our business model to identify opportunities.
- Monitor and provide business control support for the Nordics countries' results, identifying deviations, and generating the necessary analysis.
- Consolidate cluster results, leading the follow-up of business KPIs.
- Prepare presentations for the Company's Senior Management and shareholders on the company's performance and strategy.
