Welcome to the Supply Chain team We are 8 flow controllers and 2 supervisors with different nationalities. The daily pace is high, but so is our enthusiasm and team spirit. Be in charge of your own flow of materials Your job will be to control the daily flows of materials and goods as they move from suppliers to our production and then further on to our customers. In this process, you will collaborate with all the different parties involved to ensure that you meet your KPIs and deadlines for production and deliveries. You will also help improve our processes by participating in project groups with suppliers or colleagues from your own and other teams at the factory or central functions in Europe depending on the project. An example of a project could be implementing new digital solutions within the supply chain flow or improving collaboration with external and internal business partners. Moreover, some of your main tasks will be to: - Assess whether there is a stock shortage or issues with the production line and change priorities accordingly, so we still meet our deadlines - Update and follow up on your daily KPIs - Follow up on suppliers to make sure that they deliver on time – and manage the replanning if they are unable to - Participate in development project groups and manage small projects yourself to implement more efficient and digitised ways of working Knowledge of supply chain and an interest in digitisation You are energised by working within deadlines, and you embrace the fact that our priorities change all the time due to the nature of our work. Professionally, we imagine that you: - Hold a BSc degree in supply chain management, production engineering or similar with emphasis on supply chain – and maybe you graduated recently - Preferably have some experience from a supply chain department, but the specific industry is secondary - Have an interest for implementing new digital solutions in a production environment - Know your way around ERP systems and Microsoft Office, and you are curious about business warehouse systems - Speak and write English fluently – Danish is an advantage, but not a prerequisite Many career opportunities and focus on development At Schneider Electric, we want the best employees.
