On behalf of Scandinavia Tobacco Group in Gentofte we are searching for a candidate for the position as an experienced accounting specialist.

The position is available because the current accounting specialist has sought new challenges. We are therefore looking for a new senior accounting specialist to Scandinavian Tobacco Group. You will be part of a team of 10 who report to the Head of financial shared service Scandinavia.
Your overall role will include the following:
Maintenance of systems (Ax, Concur, e-conomics) Configuration of various systems Advanced VAT and tax reporting Perform daily transactions/postings/bookkeeping Monthly closing and control Completion and reporting to the Group, currently for 8 companies Prepare documentation for Financial Compliance Prepare material for audit Contribute to the implementation of SAP
The head office in Gentofte will be your primary place of work which is shared with approximately 150 colleagues from different corporate functions as well as sales. The production sites are located in Assens and Holstebro which you will have the opportunity to visit.
The interaction with colleagues in the office is valued, but some times the chores and tasks of the day are easier to get done when working from home, and thus this is a possibility you have from time to time.
The ideal candidate
To succeed in this position the right candidate has already shown strong result within a job of similar responsibilities and working area including:
Holding a relevant economic education or a solid experience. Excellent at excel Experience with Ax Dynamics – an advantage, but not a requirement Experience with e-conomics Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, since there is a switch to the SAP platform in the spring hence offering an experienced colleague the opportunity to take a driving role Thrive in a hectic and busy work environment Systematic and analytical approach
