Area of responsibility:
- Leader of Financial Shared Service and driving the Financial Shared Service strategy implementation.
- Holds overall responsibility for the Financial Shared Services team worldwide.
- Manages and develops the Financial Shared Services team to deliver timely, consistent and accurate data and reports across the Company.
- Responsible for day to day cash management.
- Leading change management in Financial Shared Service with CFO guidelines and implement change in operations promptly.
- Responsible for continuous improvement and digitalization of Financial Shared Services with efficiencies and effectiveness in mind.
- Ensuring a service and performance culture in Financial Shared Service.
- Supports the delivery of business results, overseeing performance against operational Objectives.
- Securing and maintaining a strong stakeholder management in the Financial Shared Service Department.
- Responsible for finance processes meetings with Lawyers or Auditors to secure a strong internal control and compliance to bookkeeping rules in all countries.
- Internal Company responsible for corporation with auditors.
- Responsible for compliance with statutory and applicable accounting and tax regulations.
- Plays an important role in the CFO management team, including active contribution on major decisions about further development of the Company.
- Contributes and drives delivery on Company projects.
Competencies:
Professional competencies:
- M.Sc. in Business administration or similar
- Experienced Accountant or Auditor
- Some years of experience at Chief Accountant or Finance Manager level
- Potential to grow further in the organisation
- English language at high level
- Knowledge of MS office applications
- Knowledge of modern ERP systems with consolidation and Management Information
- High business acumen and strategic mindset
