We are looking for proactive people to work in Vila Nova de Milfontes, Portugal.

We are the European largest producer of fresh green peas used as a snack, in salads, and in hot dishes. Peas are full of proteins and are grown sustainably without the use of nitrogen fertilizers, which means that demand is large and growing. Production takes place mainly in Denmark, Portugal, Morocco, and Germany and is sold on the Danish and European wholesale and retail markets.
If you are ready for it, you will join a high-performing team that you can be proud of and create meaningful moments.
Requirements:
Special knowledge in pea production is not needed – but it is very important that you are consistent with the personal values of the company:
You will have the needed feedback and support until you are able to handle it fully on your own. The training will partly take place in Denmark and Portugal.
The workplace is mainly located in mainly Portugal with a short period in Denmark.
Shortly posting in different European countries must be accepted if needed in consideration of the development of the company.
It´s a challenging job with big potentials and with great possibilities to develop your professional and personal skills.
Gros salary between 1500 – 3000 euro per month depending on the value you are able to create.

- You are English and Portuguese speaking.
- Speaking another language as Danish, German, Spanish, or Italian represents an advantage.
- You have flair for the financial segment.
- You have a relevant theoretical background (Business, Economy, Administration, Sales, Management)
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Package.
- You are able to identify new opportunities.
- You can work individually but also in a team.
- You are flexible.
- You have the entrepreneurial spirit.
- You aim for progress and results.
- You have a driving license valid.
