Data driven decision making is a keystone in our strategy, and data is a central part of our DNA, but our ambition is to improve further. We have taken a strategic decision to further improve our business controlling department and establish this new key role referring to the Head of Business Controlling and BI. You will take part of the ongoing development and implementation of logics and reports of our recently implemented data platform (newest technology within Microsoft Azure) supporting the data analytics throughout the entire organization and group.
As our business and area of expertise evolve constantly, we aim to be ahead of the curve – a mission you will be a vital part of while also developing your own knowledge on an ongoing basis closely supported by the Head of Business Controlling and BI and you will be in frequently dialogue with our Group CFO and other Group C-level managers. You will also act as a business partner to our country managers.
Our systems are constantly evolving and are producing more and more data which is requested in the whole organization. You will be trusted finance business partner and you will have a broad number of contacts throughout the organization on all levels and you will fast experience the value your solutions and recommendations create.
Group business controlling and BI is headed by, Hannes Wahlgren.

You will have a great influence on shaping your own working day. You will be responsible for:
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining the financial part of the business intelligence platform and you will both correct and prevent errors to ensure data is up-to-date and of high quality, verify the transparency of data collection and transformation from various source systems
- Developing key reports and analysis that provide true commercial insight into key business drivers
- Sales controlling - be deeply involved in the monthly financial performance reporting
- Sales and gross profit variance reporting, forecasts, and predictions
- Involved in the Sales budget process
- Finance business partnering - support and challenge the organization with valuable analysis and recommendations
- Be involved in preparing material to be presented to Group Management and to support their financial dialogues with the Board of Directors
- Participate in the overall strategic planning and target setting process
- Participate in due diligence analysis
- Participate in financial integration of acquisitions
- Participate in projects and excellence programs (working capital improvements, transfer price calculations, streamline processes, pricing, robotics, machine learning, automation etc.) and other ad hoc tasks
We are looking for an employee who:
- You probably hold a master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Financial management or similar
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with finance and/or business intelligence probably as controller/BI-specialist, business analyst or finance business partner from an international company or a as consultant from an audit or management consulting company
- You have experience in financial reporting from an international company or management consulting/audit firm
- You have good accounting understanding and experience with reporting as well as budgeting and have a strong toolbox to handle large amounts of data, including preparing analyzes and conclusions based on data. Finally, you have experience in optimizing and contributing to the further development of tools and reporting
- Overall good IT knowledge and a genuine interest for Technology
- Experience with MS Dynamic Navision is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- High discipline of working with data
- Interest in BI, robotics, and machine learning
- Good understanding of Power BI or similar BI tool – you know how to prepare data and effectively visualize the result for your colleagues and internal stakeholders
- Good communication skills in English
