Recently merged, emagine and ProData Consult is one of the largest independent IT-consultancies in Europe. The Group is headquartered in Copenhagen, DK, with twenty offices in ten countries. We are expanding our Finance Team with an ambitious, business minded and motivated Group Financial Controller based in our shared service center in Warsaw.
Your primary function will be supporting the entire group finance team.

You will work closely with the Deputy CFO, country finance managers and accounting team across Europe (c.40) including in Poland (c.20). The whole group consists of approx. 300 employees.

- Accounting, treasury, analytical reporting, audit and consolidation
- Learning and development
- Process optimisation, automation and controls in a shared service center context
- Intercompany transactions coordination
- Project management including M&A acquisition

We prefer you to have:
- Minimum 5 years accounting and controlling experience in an international context
- Excellent teamwork and communication (written and verbal)
- Advanced level of English (conversational German or French is a plus)
- Advanced Excel/modelling capabilities
- Strong ERP skills (Navision)
- High discipline and structure in working with data
- High sense of detail and overview
- Structured project and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to learn, adapt and develop quickly
