TrackMan is searching for a Head of Accounting to ensure that accounting and reporting is of the highest standard, while acting as a strong business partner with the Global Sales organization. The Head of Accounting will report directly to the CFO of TrackMan.
TrackMan is a fast-growing sports technology company that helps athletes in golf, baseball, American football and soccer get most out of their game. We do this to support player’s development and to make their experience more engaging. Our products are a combination of radar- and vision-based tracking devices, applications, and even sport simulators. We are an integrated part in the daily lives of the world’s sports superstars, the largest, professional teams, and millions of amateurs across the world.
We develop and manufacture our products primarily in Vedbæk, Denmark, and sell them globally. The revenue of TrackMan has grown 31% on average in the past four years reaching a revenue of more than 600 million DKK in 2019 with continued strong growth in 2020. We are now more than 400 employees globally, primarily in our offices in Denmark, the US, Japan, and Korea. We are privately owned which allows us to make decisions fast.
The job
You will be responsible for managing the Global Accounting Team and the company’s financial accounts. Key tasks for you are:

The job
You will be responsible for managing the Global Accounting Team and the company’s financial accounts. Key tasks for you are:
- Build an efficient and scalable finance organization to accommodate the strong growth of the company
- Manage and develop the Team consisting of 8 people in both Denmark and USA
- Manage TrackMan’s chart of accounts and ensuring accurate and timely monthly closing
- Drive the annual audit process ensuring both internal and external audit information is provided timely
- Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively
- Manage tax processes and compliance
- Act as a business partner with the Global Sales organization in daily operations and optimize our processes for order handling, invoicing, debtors, import etc.
You will work at our office in Vedbæk, Denmark, with around 20 travel days per year.
