TrackMan is searching for a Business Analyst to ensure that reporting, budgeting, and internal controlling is of the highest standard while acting as a strong business partner with the organization. The Business Analyst will report directly to the CFO of TrackMan.
TrackMan is a fast-growing sports technology company that helps athletes in golf, baseball, American football, and soccer get the most out of their game. We do this to support player’s development and to make their experience more engaging. Our products are a combination of radar- and vision-based tracking devices, applications, and even sports simulators. We are an integrated part of the daily lives of the world’s sports superstars, the largest professional teams, and millions of amateurs across the globe.
We develop and manufacture our products primarily in Vedbæk, Denmark, and sell them globally. TrackMan is a fast-growing company with around 450 employees globally, primarily in our offices in Denmark (Vedbaek) and offices in New York, Phoenix, Poland, and Tokyo. We are privately owned, which allows us to make decisions fast.

The job
You will be responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis areas in TrackMan. Key tasks for you are:
- Prepare monthly financial reports to the management of TrackMan
- Prepare the yearly budget and recurring year-end forecast
- Build improved forecasting and analysis tools to improve financial insight for the management team
- Maintain and develop TrackMan’s Business Intelligence reports
- Cost controlling and profitability analysis related to TrackMan’s products, segments, and regions
- Drive financial projects to improve processes and financial insights in the organization
- Act as a finance partner to the organization
You will work at our office in Vedbæk, Denmark.
