Key accountability:
- Think strategically about our goals, approach and future of process excellence and seek opportunities to use cutting edge approaches to maintain and modernize process quality
- Develop a strategy for how Process Excellence can benefit the S&PR EN and manage the pipeline of potential projects for continuous improvement
- Effective and efficient offerings of governance process for S&PR EN
- Stakeholder management and overall governance of the processes
- Capture the right data, making it accessible and visualizing insights in order to drive decision-making
- Prioritize our Key Metrics and making them clear, transparent and actionable
- Manage Document coordination
Your main responsibilities:
- Coach and support the offering owners throughout the processes
- Maintain overview of the processes in the department and align with external stakeholders and proactively facilitate, coordinate and minute the execution of the processes
- Prepare & validate the business process instructions
- Continuously improve the processes based on feedback & experience
- Refine, document and own the processes at S&PR EN
Partner with counterparts to align strategies and best practices across SGRE - Educate business functions on the role of process excellence in SGRE
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
- 8+ years of experience working within strategy, consulting or process & governance improvement
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (Business, Strategic Planning or related field)
- Excellent understanding of Process Design & Process Management with cross functional business process and metrics
- Process & continuous improvement mindset and experience in supporting business initiatives and strategies
- Experience in leading or supporting projects besides skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities. Stakeholder management & coordination
- Proven ability to collaborate with team members across functions and at all levels through an open, engaging and collaborative style
- Natural problem solver with proven ability to quickly assess situations, identify problems, and offer clear and concise plans to resolve them
- Solid experience with business analytics & analytics visualization methods/tools
- Experience in data mining and the development of executive level visual analytics tools that drive business decisions and results is preferred
- Curiosity and ability to think creatively and demonstrate a sense of humor
