Financial Controller for Fertin Pharma & subsidiaries

In order to achieve this, we need a Financial Controller that will support the optimization and alignment of our financial processes across our corporate office in Denmark and our subsidiaries in India and Canada.

If you are ambitious, well-structured and have proven experience in a similar position at an international company, Fertin Pharma could be your next professional step. As Fertin’s new Financial Controller you will play a key role on the continuous development of a modern finance function together with a dynamic and highly motivated team in a growth-oriented pharmaceutical company. Among other tasks, you will:

  • Lead the financial closing and reporting processes and audit preparation
  • Secure high-quality and timely reporting to key stakeholders
  • Consolidate and prepare budget and rolling forecast
  • Secure support for and perform finance controlling of our Indian & Canadian subsidiaries
  • Perform analytical review, balance sheet reconciliation and manage accruals, tax and other complex journal entries
  • Maintain Transfer Pricing documentation and secure operational compliance
  • Drive functional excellence/continuous improvement within the finance function, incl. BI-reporting and implementation of robotics

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or auditing
  • Strong communication skills, incl. experience with formal reporting to external stakeholders
  • Experience from private equity owned companies is an advantage
  • Experience within SAP, Power BI or robotics is an advantage
  • You have a strong personal drive and communicate effortlessly in written and spoken English
  • Most importantly, your working style is well structured and based on strong analytical and cooperation skills.
