Primary Duties and Responsibilities: You will join our Project Execution area consisting approximately 80 highly skilled project employees. You will work as a consultant to our customers independently or as part of a project team within Project Execution.
As Senior Project Controller, you will manage Project Controlling at all levels and will also sometimes take up a position as Project Controls Manager with a team of 2-3 people within the Project organization. By your strong personal and professional skills, you will constructively and proactively challenge, push back and take the ownership for deliver accurate reports.
As Senior Project Controller or Project Controls Manager you must – at any time - be Project Managements trusted advisor in any aspect of Cost, Time and Risk, and be able to foresee possible connections between these that can be a potential risk for the project.
The Project Controls Team engage and interact with a variety of stakeholders. Regardless of which of these many stakeholders we face, our ambition is to take a wingman position; providing our stakeholders support in manner allowing them a feeling of control and support. This require a proactive mindset and approach to solving tasks and a high level of flexibility.

Required Qualifications: As our new colleague, you have a fundamental desire to make a difference by enhancing sustainable solutions in a project driven work environment and have:
- An educational background (Bachelor) within Economics or equivalent
- 5-8 years of experience within Project Controlling from the pharmaceutical, biotech, food or chemical industry
- Experience within Project Planning and Project Risk Management is an advantage
- Interest in working in an energetic environment, engagement and want to work with highly skilled colleagues
- Strong stakeholders management and communication skills
- Strong ability to create structure and handle several projects simultaneously
- Experience with using PIMS, NAV, SAP, Excel, Power point, MS Projects
- Experience in use of Earned Value Management methodology
- Fluent in Danish and English, spoken and written. You live in Denmark
