Head of Unit for Legal Support of the Bank’s Activities, Corporate Secretary (BoD and GMS), for a second-tier bank with branches all over Kazakhstan.
- I provided legal support for raising debt capital involving loan facilities, EBRD/IFC green financing projects (implementation, drafting ESG documents, facility and pledge agreements, ML, TS, LoI, etc.);
- I provided legal assistance for fundraising through derivatives (ISDA MA, other master agreements), corporate deposits, CD deposit notes, bonds (underwriting agreements, prospectuses, terms of issue, corporate reports);
- I managed litigation and claims (civil and administrative legal proceedings), and also navigated pre-trial stages of labor and civil law related disputes;
