My Name is Lars Wieland , 44 years old living in the north of Germany in Flensburg. I have worked on rigs while i was a part of Scancab and Scanwipers. Scanwipers is building Driller / Derricksman and generally Cranecabins fitted with pneumatic wiper Systems. My education is called "
Elektromaschinenbauer" that means i know to work on the electrical side and on the mechanical side too. As i am doing that for 23 years now. I worked with a lot of EX/EXD related equipment like
Hawk or Tramberg cable glands , cables like Betaflame ,Draka, Nexans, Ölflex 855/865/135 etc. I had a few Offshore Certificates ( Bosiet, GWO Sea Survival, Offshore Fireteam Member, Banksman and Slinger, Confined Spaces, Lifeboat Captain, Fast Rescue Boat Captain. Siemens technical Training 1-4, but they are mostly out of date now. The only active certificate now is the Helicopter Landing Officer.
There was no need to reactivate them because since 5 years i am working as a debuty hall manager onshore. My Hobbys are rebuilding and tuning rotary engines (Wankel Combustion engines) and restoring cars with rotary engine. Building lasershow equipment and programming lasershows are my hobby number 2.
As i am absolutely missing working in a well educated team with high technically equipment, i
absolutely love to go back to offshore work . I am
searching to work on an offshore rig in the northsea as a roustabout ,rig technician,mechanic or eletrician. Would
