Are you our new Housekeeping Manager for Comfort hotel Copenhagen Airport?
With strong leadership skills you know how to motivate and engage a team, and at the same time you run housekeeping operations smoothly to make sure we always deliver great service for our many guests.
You are reliable and take full ownership to get things done.
You will have the overall responsibility for housekeeping, 605 hotel rooms and all public areas. Together with your Assistant Housekeeping Manager you will make sure we have an engaged & motivated team and effective operations to create unforgettable experiences for our guests everyday.
You speak fluent English and preferably speak one Scandinavian language or are eager to learn.

Your main responsibilities
The position is full time. Evening and weekend work will appear.

Your main responsibilities
- Working proactively to ensure objectives and goals are reached in all areas for the department. This includes being able to follow hotel forecasts, prepare departmental forecasts, manage departmental expenses, updating SOP’s and make continuous adjustments to ensure good results.
- Always lead and work actively with training and developing the team. We are looking for a visible leader who can run the department with trust, support, openness and direction.
- Making work schedules that are always compliant with Danish Labor laws.
- Monthly payroll reporting.
- Recruitment and proper onboarding together with the Assistant Manager.
