Do you have the desire to be part of a motivated Housekeeping team in luxury surroundings? Are you an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with sense for personalized service and luxury? Then we would enjoy hearing from you. We are looking for a fulltime Supervisor to join our dedicated and professional Housekeeping team.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Supervisor within our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for the ultimate standards of cleanliness of the guest rooms and public areas at the hotel. You will ensure that our quality standards are always the best and according to the Leading Hotels of the World guidelines. Along with our Housekeeping Manager and other Supervisors, you will lead our team of Room Attendants & Housemen by giving them ongoing support, feedback and training in order to ensure our guests are elevated during their whole stay.
WE EXPECT
You share the passion for excellence and infuse your enthusiasm into everything you do, as well as you have a thorough attention to details. You must have previous experience as a supervisor in hotel housekeeping, both in terms of rooms’ inspection and administrative task related to daily organization of the department. We expect that you are hands on and can keep the overiview of the daily housekeeping activites. You are a team player, outgoing, service minded and always well groomed. English is our company language; however, it is an advantage if you speak other languages. Ideally, you are ready to start as soon as possible.
