We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager who is willing and able to run a multicultural team to provide an impeccable experience to our valued guests!
Managing housekeeping at one of Denmarks biggest hotels with 811 rooms is a challenge but at the same time one of the most inspiring jobs where gratitude for the work done are instant. From both guests and colleagues. Creating a One Team spirit and working towards our common goal “Hosting moments that matter”.
We offer an exciting and challenging job where you will skill and train associates in “Brilliant Host” with understanding of core values of both Marriott and Bellagroup.

As Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible to ensure the cleanliness of the property is maintained on high standards.
You will be reporting directly to the Rooms Division Manager and you it is expected for you to liaise with the other Head of Departments and work together towards reaching the property goals.
Due to the nature of the business it is expected that weekend working days may occur.

As Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible to ensure the cleanliness of the property is maintained on high standards.

Opgaver
- Ensures guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
- Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments.
- Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
- Supports and supervises an effective inspection program for all guestrooms and public space.
- Understands the impact of department’s operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives and manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
- Ensures all employees have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms.
- Communicates areas that need attention to staff and follows up to ensure understanding.
- Supervises daily Housekeeping shift operations and ensures compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards and procedures.
- Schedules employees to business demands and for tracks employee time and attendance.
- Ensures employees understand expectations and parameters.
- Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals.
- Celebrates successes and publicly recognizes the contributions of team members
