About the position:

The job position is full-time, 37 hours per week, with working days from Monday to Friday. Working hours are flexible and always discussed week to week depending on the schedule.

As a Quality Supervisor at United Facility Partners, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of the cleaning services at our customer locations.

That covers everything from supervision and quality assurance at the customer premises, quality reports, onboarding new customers, training of new cleaning assistants, deliveries of cleaning supplies, deep cleaning at the customer locations, to other relevant tasks at the head office in Køge.

As a Quality Supervisor, your workplace will be based in the head office in Køge as well as several customer locations around Zealand, Lolland, and Falster. You will be provided with a company car, a work phone, and a tablet.

About You and the Requirements:

However, some requirements are needed for the position:

  • You have any form of experience within the facility services industry
  • Valid driving license B
  • Proficiency in English (Danish is a plus but not required)
  • You are flexible and able to adapt to a schedule that varies daily
  • You are digitally competent (proficient in Office365)
  • You are structured and organized

It is nice to have (but not mandatory as we will provide assistance and training for the right candidate):

  • Experience in a similar or the same position
  • You have worked with customer service or relations
  • You have a good understanding of cleaning or previously worked as a Cleaning Assistant
