CLEANING SPECIALIST OR CLEANING SENIOR SPECIALIST IN PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT


Fertin Pharma is the world's leading B2B supplier of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) chewing gum and specializes in developing and producing nicotine chewing gum. To unlock our very ambitious growth strategy we have recently extended our portfolio of delivery platforms within both the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical categories to span a wide range of dispersion forms, making Fertin Pharma an even more interesting partner for leading pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies. To enable our growth agenda, we are looking for a Cleaning Specialist or Cleaning Senior Specialist. You will be part of PTD Proces, Cleaning & Qualification, which consists of 15 dedicated colleagues. The team consists of process specialists, cleaning specialists and qualification specialists who are responsible for ensuring a stable and robust production, introduction of new products and optimization of both production and cleaning processes. As we are expanding our product portfolio at Fertin Pharma we are looking for a dedicated colleague, who can contribute to and develop our cleaning processes enabling us to meet the future demands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Optimization & development of our cleaning process and hands-on in the production.
  • Validation and documentation related to transfer of new products from R&D to commercial production
  • Production representative in the product development process, where you will be involved from product offering to ramp-up in production
  • Problem solving in close collaboration with our production sites
  • Knowledge sharing with your colleagues regarding new technical and practical solutions.

You hold a master’s degree in science within pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a similar field. You have experience within cleaning from the pharma or food industry. Experience with LEAN and systematic problem solving will be an advantage.

You are an excellent communicator, a good listener and thrive in a fast-paced environment with many different stakeholders. You are a team player, open-minded, engaged and able to inspire and motivate your colleagues and stakeholders. You take ownership and can easily prioritize critical tasks. You are business driven and have the ability to seek solutions both internally and externally. Communication occurs primarily in Danish why you are required to speak and write Danish fluently.
