The job:
Your everyday life will take place in the restaurant, and most of your time will be spent with your team and the guests on the floor.
You have the overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, and your biggest asset is your employees. Here it is your responsibility to build a team of middle managers and employees
Likewise, the beverage warehouse is your responsibility, where you have a task in complying with the drinking percentage.
A good working environment in the restaurant is essential, so you naturally take the lead in the ambition for a healthy physical and mental working environment.
The restaurant is open both evenings and weekends, so you should enjoy evening and weekend work.
We are looking for:
A committed leader who is passionate about service and management and loves dealing with guests. You have to love the hospitality business.
You love developing both managers and employees, and you need to think it's great to be part of a young dynamic team. We would also like you to have experience with management from the industry.
