Aamanns Replik is our newest restaurant just opened in the iconic building housing Skuespilhuset. With one of the best views of the Copenhagen canals we serve tasteful food experiences for lunch and dinner.
We are a dedicated team of colleagues, building and developing the newest add on to the Aamanns brand. And with very positive reviews and recognition, we are getting very busy and need more colleagues to maintain and develop our high level of service.
By being part of Skuespilhuset also means that we are hosting different types of events at both Skuespilhuset and Old stage at the Royal Theatre. Our events vary from galla dinners, meetings, receptions to anniversary celebrations for small and large companies.
To make sure that we always are on point with delivering memorable experiences for our guests at the events, we are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to handle the execution of our many events.
When the Assistant Restaurant Manager is not taking care of the events, you will be co-responsible for the operations at Aamanns Replik.

Additional information
The position is full time and working hours are all days of the week. Events are scheduled mostly in the evenings. The restaurant is open for lunch Monday to Saturday from 11-15 and dinner from 17-20. Sundays we are only open for lunch from 11-17.

Your main tasks
- Coordination and execution of events at Replik in close cooperation with the restaurant team and the event team. This meaning that you are the person in charge of for example ensuring enough staff for the events, briefing of staff, making sure the tables are set, beverages are cooled and coordinating with the kitchen. In other words, you are the one ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
- Coordination of daily restaurant operations in close cooperation with the other Assistant Restaurant Manager, the Restaurant Manager, and the rest of the Replik team
- Delivering excellent service and always maximize the guest satisfaction
Who are we looking for?
- Maybe you have some experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or several years of experience as a waiter and now ready to take the next step. Mostly important is that you are ready to take on responsibility and get things done to make sure that we deliver excellent service to each one of our guests.
- You have experience with event execution– preferably from a hotel or event venue
- You are well-structured and like to always have everything in place
- You are the likeable colleague who treats everyone with respect and contribute to a fun and good work environment
- You are fluent in English and understand Danish (both spoken and written)
