ASSISTANT MANAGER FOR COCKS & COWS

Are you looking for that step into hospitality management?

Cocks & Cows is the original home of burgers and cocktails in Copenhagen, and we love to be the creators of good times and lasting memories. Our locations also offer unique experiences for our guests that can be combined with our popular menu such as mini golf, karaoke, and shuffleboard.

We are growing our teams, and therefore are looking for experienced hospitality lovers who are seeking that step onto the managerial ladder. We are hiring for both our restaurant at Gammel Strand in Copenhagen and our restaurant in Lyngby.

Do you:
  • Wish to create lasting memories for people
  • Give out a positive energy and adopt a solution orientated mentality
  • Demonstrate good leadership skills and have an approachable manner
  • Have experience in training and developing staff


If yes, then here are your tasks
  • Being an active part of the operations team
  • Shift manager responsibilities ensuring we reach our goals per shift
  • Training of staff
  • Assisting in the controlling of costs such as labor, goods, and other operating expenses
  • Assisting in the cleaning and tidying of the restaurant, and setting the atmosphere
  • Coordinating with suppliers and service providers
  • Maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene and appearance.
  • Follow the law in respect of food hygiene and health and safety.

  • Contracts available from 120 to 160hrs per month
