Restaurant Floor Manager for Figaro - A Seafood Bistro in Tivoli

Figaro is a seafood bistro with a focus on freshly caught sustainable seafood from Danish waters.
The bistro is located right in the middle of Tivoli and with the central location right next to the Lawn, we expect to have a busy year ahead. We are therefore currently looking for a Floor Manager with start-up at the beginning of June.
The full-time position comes with a fixed monthly salary and holidays between Tivoli´s seasons. The position as Floor Manager is for the candidate who likes to work in the service industry. You could have years of experience with serving and now it’s time to try yourself in a leadership position. Maybe you have ambitions to become a restaurant manager one day - in which case we would very much like to help you achieve this.
As a Floor Manager you become part of the management team in the restaurant and refer directly to our Restaurant Manager with whom you will work closely to develop and train our skilled employees, as well as to contribute to a high level of service in addition to the daily operation of the bistro, where you are included in the shift schedule.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the bistro on days when the Restaurant Manager is not present.
We and the whole team are passionate about providing good experiences, we have a positive approach to things and enjoy working in this industry and we would therefore really like you to do the same.
What do we expect from you?
• That you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with serving work from larger restaurant(s).
• That you have a passion for providing good guest experiences.
• That you have an infectious good mood, are welcoming and present.
• That you with overview and calmness can manage a busy restaurant safely through a service.
• That you see challenges as opportunities to make things better.
• That you can stay calm in stressful situations and that you can multitask.
• That you are dutiful and a team player.
• That you want to help make Figaro Copenhagen's best seafood restaurant.
