We are looking for a F&B Manager!

We need a responsible F&B Manager for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a passion for the hospitality industry, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

1.
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring cost-effective management.

2.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

3.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve service quality.
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor to interact with guests and oversee service.

4.
- Develop and manage the restaurant’s budget, including labor costs, food costs, and operational expenses.
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

5.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
- Implement and oversee sanitation procedures and staff training.

6.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies in close cooperation with the owners, to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with owners to plan and execute promotional events and special offers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

7. Quality Control
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.
- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Chef or a Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Financial flair and experience with budgeting and cost management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
