In the middle of Kragerø center, you will find your new summer uncle who can offer the best of an American diner and Norwegian summer food. To Onkel Oskar you come on sandals, bicycle and rowing boat. And preferably with a sunburned back. It's nice here, but you can leave both the tuxedo and the ball gown at home. Here it is nice informal. That was a bit about us.

- Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail
- Warm, professional, and approachable towards guests, helping to make their experience as memorable as possible
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, precise and reliable approach
- The ability to take on a large work capacity and multi-task under pressure
- A desire to adapt, learn and try things differently
What we need from you
- Experience in a similar role, as part of a fast-pace culinary team in a busy and dynamic environment
- Have a good understanding of the business with a proven track record of working in large teams across multiple outlets
- Fluency in English or a Scandinavian language
Relevant qualifications
- Your set of skills
- Co-work and keep communication in line with the Head Chef and sous chef in your department
- Have a firm grip on maintaining food quality and food waste standards
- Make sure that the guest experience is at the heart of what you do
- Follow hygiene and HACCP-procedures
Working hours 37,5 pr. week
Startdate 01.05.2022 (and later) until 15.08.2022.
