- to prepare and cook food as required

- ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner

- culinary school degree/diploma or experience as a working chef
- knowledge of the art of cooking is an advantage
- creativity
- expert multitasking ability
- have the ability to work under pressure with good decision-making skills
- great leadership and interpersonal skills
- exemplary work ethic in a high-pressure environment
- passion and pride for delighting people with food
- great organizational skills and impeccable time management
